got my gold mart order, well kinda

I received exactly 320 oz of silver as I ordered.... except I ordered 2 Engelhard 100 oz bars....and I got 2 jm 100 oz bars,"instead of my engels" I mean I would have said sure send them if they would have asked... cause im a jm and Engelhard guy.... but they didn't even ask.... I plan on mentioning it with my next order to gold mart , wen I speak to my guy Thomas over there I been dealing with and done a ton of business with.. same guy who would not return my call over the past month here, but like I said I still got the entire order in under a month.. not to bad id say....

the 10-10 oz 2013 year of the snakes were all correct
and so was my roll od 20-1oz buffalo

so I can say overall I was pleased

    I understand the year of the snake bars are made by NTR. I was tempted to buy some but I want the refiner's or manufacturer's name to be shown on the bars I buy. Is there any indication who made these bars on the edge? The pics don't show any on the front or back.

    Building trust is a big thing. But every party on both sides has to maintain it and be accountable for mistakes and make up for them to keep that trust.

    The PM market is a unique business indeed. We wouldn't stand for any of it, if even an incorrect $5 purchase say from a Target or a hardware store, let alone go crazy if a bank messed up a transaction. Not to mention the possibility for fraud and stealing are so high, and likely prevalent.

    I wonder what their thinking was, a mistaken grab off the shelf, or perhaps that with 100oz bars the relative value is the same and that's all they had. But, the ignoring the customers in tough times is a red flag. Seems we have heard a lot of this lately across several providers.

    My small order from them on 04/15 is expected to show up tomorrow 05/13 ... It seems they were real busy on the 15th.
