It's not really bullion but a half cent equivalent weighted and diameter Hard Times Token...

Privately struck in 1837 to circulate in commerce as the Philadelphia Mint did not strike a federal issue.

If you mean a slab by questing a holder... Yes it's certified by NGC.

Here's an odd one. I sent this 65RB to PCGS to regrade when Secure Plus came along. I felt it might deserve 66.

No, it came back 65RD. Hmm.

Dang Lance. Unless there's something I'm missing, from your pic, I wouldn't argue the grade if you had said you got a 66.

It amazes me how they beat up on the oldies, but award nicked up modern Lincolns higher grades.
