What's the difference between an ANA "National Money Show" and "World's Fair of Money

I have noticed the the Money Shows tend to be of a shorter duration and that PCGS never seems to do on-site grading, whereas at the World's Fair, the duration is longer and PCGS does on-site grading. Is this usually always the case with PCGS, or do they just decide to grade on-site based on the predicted attendance? What other differences are there?

The spring National Money Shows are much smaller than the summer shows. Because it's an ANA operated show there is more emphasis on educational elements and exhibits comparable to a show of similar size. The summer World's Fair of Money is normally the largest or second largest coin show in the country.
