I stand by my statement of when the market crashed.
The market for commems did indeed turn on a dime, and I have no doubt you are correct about the timing. However, Analyst is also correct. The market for rare coins in general slowly trended lower, but it did bounce back for a bit in early 90, and the market for many things stayed reasonably solid through late 90. It wasn't until 91 that the market had tanked pretty much across the board. A very different type of "market crash" then that of 1980, where virtually everything crashed over the course of just a few days.
