Cross Over

When send in coins for cross over, if any coin cannot be crossed, did PCGS or NGC record the cert number so that next time a new owner submit it again, it will automatically be marked as "dis-qualified" and comes back as "fail to crossover?"

In other words, did you have any experience that you send the same coin in many times and finally your coin(s) are crossed over?

Once I tried twice on a coin I believed in. It did cross the second time. I only tried that once.
