Attn 'Bo Knows' collectors

I picked up this Bo Jackson bust several years ago from a guy that did work for Topps. He said it was a candy dispenser model he sculpted circa 1990. I have seen several of these type candy bust from Topps over the years, but not the baseball ones. Does anyone have more info on these, or know who was in the line?
