1994 Bowman's Best - Box Topper stickers

I'm currently busting some boxes of 1994 Bowman's Best and noticed the boxes have a different metallic sticker glued to the top that matches the base card of one of the players. A couple questions:
1. Has anyone ever seen these metallic stickers for sale unaffixed to a box?
2. I've only seen red cards on the top, any idea if blue or mirror image were ever placed there? I'm thinking of trying to collect a set of boxes (or unaffixed stickers) and want to figure out how many I would have to chase.
3. I destroyed one of the boxes/stickers trying to see what was underneath, all I can tell for sure is is was a B&W photo of one of the cards with a St Louis logo on the hat. Likely originally a red and probably a picther (from shoulder pose it looks like a pitching follow-through). I only got about the top inch off successfully and then it shredded the paper off the box top. Anyone have a scan/pick of R65 Bob Tewksbury to confirm he's the lucky one under there?
