No, finding out who to contact to get the rights to use their image. I know who to contact, but card companies and MLB doesn't. The person who runs everything is Wilmer Fields (former Negro Leaguer). I've talked to him on the phone a couple of times. He also hands the shows for the other living ex-Negro League players.
What program do you use to create the card design?!!?!!?
Thanks
Jamie

It would be sort of like the Legendary Cuts. Cuts from index cards etc. I had a great success once. I have a list of about 100+ Negro Leaguer's addresses with their signing habits. I sent to one player that I didn't know was deceased. His wife responded and thanked me for writing and that her husband died like a few months before. She stamped my index card with his signature, sent me a copy of a newspaper clipping of the local paper "Tribute" to him, and then included an authentic autograph that she cut from a list that he signed. I was blown away. I got hand written letters from some players which is better than any autographed card.
