2013 Finest Baseball celebrating 20 years of the Refractor, Buyback autographs

So Topps is celebrating 20 years of the Refractor by inserting Buyback autographs. I'm sure they will be on base opposed to refractor original 1993 Finest cards. The question I have is what is the potential value on these? Presumably, it's worth the base card price plus the in person autograph cost. However, you'l be paying for a card re-released by Topps with a hologram and limited to less than 25. What kind of premium will be put on these for player collectors, modern set collectors as well as 1993 Finest Collectors? I'm sure Ken Griffey Jr., Nolan Ryan and Frank Thomas will be in the set, do those hit 4 figures?

Edited: Buyback autogrpahs are limited to /5 and there is an insert set of modern players in the 93 Finest Refractor design limited to /25.
