Has anybody been to this place or is it just a gold buying outfit with a misleading name like another outfit that advertises its NGC and PCGS authorized dealter but when i visted not a single coin in site although advertise "HIGHEST price paid for them" They did have a full line of coin supplies that was advertised corrctly it was nothing more than a used tool store and you still had to be buzzed in.

Do you have to be credit checked or references to be approved by the grading services authorized dealer

This dealer is not listed in the PCGS dealer listing. To become a PCGS dealer you need to go through a thorough process of reference checks, backround checks and other formalities. The process at NGC is similar but simpler.
