some help comparing two coins please(big pics.)

Sorry for the big pics. but I recently bought a new camera set up and software and am learning to use it.
Both coins are Lithuanian 1925 1 centas. The one in the holder is PCGS graded. The other is from an
original purchased here a while ago. It is typical of the 12 or 15 I am sending in to be graded.

How do you feel the two coins compare ?

A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking because it's trust is not in the branch but it's own wings.

Thank you for your wisdom mrpaseo image but I was wondering
grade wise. I feel the lower coin is much nicer in hand and
you can see the stronger strike. I just sent out eight similar
coins to the lower one to be graded. So what do you think
the bottom one will grade? The upper coin graded ms66.

IMO the raw one has a better strike but I see some white-ish things in the fields. Particularly lower left near the date. Looks like scratches perhaps? It will bring the grade down. Maybe 66.
