will psa/dna red flip ding cards with sticker on back?

like the jerry rice/magic johnson/nolan ryan holograms, if you request a numerical red flip how will the card grade?

They did not on my cards in the past.

No, they will not ding the grade. I have several PSA 9's with a hologram/sticker on the back.
