I'm very pleased with these results. This is a VERY tough issue - the paper stock is crumby, the oversized game card was prone to wear and there is a huge amount of these that have writing on them.


It should have taken only 10 business days, I believe today is the 16th

Is anyone else seeing these kind of delays?

Yes, last 4 orders have been over (including an Express). I have 6 orders still in the queue now. Hopefully they won't be repeats in turnaround... I have been able to get vouchers for the ones that did run over, though.
