Historical question for Barber Collectors

kruegerkrueger Posts: 904 ✭✭✭✭
Somewhere recently I saw it stated that "O" mint dimes of the Philippine Hoard dates (1898, 1899 1900).
were sent along to the Philippines with the "S" mint dimes ,quarters, and halves. I wondered if this was an error or that more information has come to light.
Do any of you guys expert in this series know of more recent info, or where I can research the whole story, or some pertinent articles you might know of?

There must be more definitive information out there somewhere without spending
ones life in the Archives.

Thanks
Krueger

    Would be a go to.
I have not heard of the O mint coins being part of the Hoards.
    We're all born MS70. I'm about a Fine 15 right now.
