    Sure thing. This is a pretty easy one to attribute, as it's the only DM for 1836 where the 8 falls far below the base of the 1 and 3 image

    And gorgeous coin, btw! Give it to me image

    If you want to maximize the value send it to PCGS and have it attributed.

    This is just one of those varieties that sells for significantly more in a PCGS holder

    And the OP coin would have no problem crossing, IMO. Probably wouldn't think twice if I saw it in 50 holder either image

    For a really dark colored coin, it's got a lot of personality. I like how all the details are outlined in white. I'd cross it over as well if you wanted to sell it; if you wanted to keep it, though, I'd have it contrasting nicely against the white holder.

    The coin is only a rarity 2 but is a very needed coin for those doing a Red Book variety registry set.

    Not sure what Redbook lists it at, but in PCGS 45, it's a $700.00 coin image
