1865 3C w/ pronounced die clash

Full distinct portrait die clash on the reverse of this 1865 3 cent. Pics don't do the prominence justice. Interesting stuff going on obverse-ise, too, with some shelf doubling and what appears to be clashing above Liberty's nose and in the field behind her neck.
Some weakness in the strike on the III reverse but I understand that's not uncommon.
Not my series, I believe it's uncirculated but with the strike weakness I can't tell for sure. I thought the clashing was so cool that I bought it right after it walked into my dealer this afternoon.
Gimme $125?

We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.
