FSHO: 1823 CBH Broken 3 PCGS XF40

Here are a couple of very tough CBH's from my private collection. Very nice quality and eye appeal.
1) 1807 O.113a, R3 graded F12 by PCGS. SOLD
2) 1823 O.101, R3 graded XF40 by PCGS.
The "broken 3" is as scarce as the ugly 3 but in somewhat less demand by collectors. This example has the "classic" look (dirty gray/gold) with pleasant luster highlights and better than average detail for the often disappointing early 1820 obverses. Bought from Sheridan Downey at last summer's ANA. Paid $1028.50.
Price is $900 firm and includes S/I. 7 day return. PayPal add 3%.
Lance.
