    How is that possible. I tried to list a buy it now and the BIN price had to be 10% greater than the auction price. It would not let me list without it being the 10% greater.

    That's what happened to me until the other day. Now they make me list it THIRTY PERCENT higher. Anybody else get this message?

    Yup. That's the new rule.

    The seller likely did it by accident, and an ebay glitch allowed it to happen. I just tried revising a BIN from $20 to $5, and it didn't allow it.

    I thought the person listing the item was using reverse phycology so someone would bid on it to remove the BIN.
