Fake or not?

What do you think of these listings? Of course I am not stupid, but you have to wonder how eBay can let these go past them!
Really cheap Russian coin.
Another really cheap Russian pattern coin.
Yet another pattern Russian.
Needless to say, I have sent a best offer of $1 for a different pattern piece only to be countered at $14.90. The seller is from Portugal and actually has legitimate listings for other coins. The seller has a high feedback, but I wonder how a seller like this is still on eBay. While most of us trying to sell coins are bothered with selling Cuban, Syrian, Iranian, and North Korean coins are having our listings removed, why is it not the case that these idiots are allowed to sell fakes? Go figure!

They are "fantasy" patterns meaning they were not officially released by any government. They may have Cyrillic on them, but they aren't Russian. Therefore the low mintage is meaningless because it was probably struck by a small private mint whom is free to strike more if it pleases them.

On the other hand, I shine where others do not! So, I guess that is a victory for me! Yay for me!
