psa/dna at national

i know psa grades and encapsulates cards on site at the national, but does psa/dna also authenticate and encapsulate on site or do they take the cards back to california to do this? and if psa/dna do things on site can anybody tell me the fee for this?

I know they do PSADNA because I remember someone had a signed large picture (16x20) of colonel sanders and he had gotten it authenticated.

Unfortunately, it also had greasy fingerprints all over it.
