BARBER QUARTERS:

1892-O 25c PCGS AU50 Cert #24340788: Sweet Olive/Gold, lustrous coin. Nice, deep strike. Older blue labeled holder. Really sweet coin. Any apparent scuffing is on the holder. $$$ SOLD $$$

1894 25c PCGS VF35 Cert #27292740: Really nice original coin. Very close to XF. Great eye appeal. $75

1897 25c PCGS AU55 Cert #26449240: Very well struck coin with plenty of luster. Deeply toned in deep grey, shale stone and hints of golden hues throughout. $175

1905-S 25c NGC AU53 Cert #4140833-004: Lustrous silver coin with hints of golden tone along the rim. Full cartwheel effect and very little wear. Great eye appeal. Looks like a 55 to me and should be a lock to cross to PCGS if you so desire. Under rated date not often found at this grade level. $275

1902-S 25c PCGS XF40 Cert #26400555: Very tough date quarter in upper circulated grades. Original surfaces with light and natural pastel tones. $$On ebay with live bids$$

1908-O 25c PCGS XF45 Cert #24500033 : Very nice coin with natural grey/gold surfaces. A good deal of luster remains over the clean and smooth surfaces. $$On ebay with live bids$$

1911-S 25c PCGS XF40 Cert #26077500 - Another very difficult coin to find, especially in XF or AU. Very dirty and crusty original coin. Perfect for the grade. ***SOLD***

1914-S 25c PCGS VG8 Cert #26077502 - One of the lowest mintage coins in the series .. Although just a VG-8, the surfaces on this coin are amazingly clean. The color and texture are perfect. Great coin for this grade. $160

BARBER HALVES:

1895-O 50c PCGS XF45 Cert #24597812- Better date coin hard to find in XF/AU. Nice circulated brown color with sharp details and luster expected with the 45 grade. $400

1898-S 50c PCGS XF45 Cert #14689299- One of the tougher dates.. The coin has some chatter and scattered, light wispy hairlines although PCGS obviously awarded the XF45 grade so they aren't too distracting. This date has been selling in the $700-800 range for the past 2 years .. Offered here for $500 as I feel is commensurate with the surface quality

1899 50c PCGS AU53 Cert #26349345 - Darker toned crusty original. One of the "Cass Hoard" coins -$340 (photos by D.Kahn)

1899-S 50c PCGS XF45 Cert #20357420- Nice, lustrous coin. Sharply struck coin that looks AU .. Probably would grade AU50 on another day ... $380

1900 50c PCGS XF40 Cert #13906927- The perfect circulated cameo coin. This coin has belonged in a couple of well known great circulated sets in the past 5-6 years .. This has the coveted "look" circulated Barber collectors treasure. $260

1901 50c PCGS AU58 Cert #26468185 - A fully lustrous coin with mumps like striking. Attractive, mostly silver coin - $525
