Came across this item on ebay.
1985 Topps White Wrapper
Anyone know how or why these were distributed? Can't think of a worse display item.

    I've seen a few of them before. I assume they slipped through the cracks, just like blank front and blank back cards occasionally do.

    This just came up in another thread I started regarding the variations of 1985 Wax packs. I believe there are about 4 or 5 different wax wrappers from 1985.

    Standard (with yellow fill)
    Standard (with white fill)
    White (with blue writing)
    Blank white
    And standard (with no year noted)

    Was this isolated only to 1985?
