I was able to pick this up to add to my personal collection. The card is a true 1/1 from Topps. The patches are from an actual throw back game used jersey.

1990 Leaf Series 1 and 2 sealed wax boxes for $30.00 each

This is the 2010 Topps Triple Threads GU autograph patch booklet.
