Poll - Is the price of PMs being manipulated?

In another thread about the rigging of markets a fellow member posed an interesting question that basically asks "how many people believe markets are rigged?"

So, what's your opinion - is price discovery in US financial markets (including PMs) being manipulated?

Does being a fiancial whiz with dollars make one an expert with gold?
