Day 55 comes and goes on a 30 day submission without poppage

Is this the norm? I realize it has been slow going but over 50% late is a little excessive.

Email to see if there is a problem - that usually moves you to the front(-ish) if you've waited a reasonable amount of time. You sure have.

They're busy... so I've been told several times.

I just got poppage yesterday... business day 13 on a 7-day sub.

Very happy with the grades though, so I'm glad they got it right and took longer... then rushing it and getting it wrong!

I'd definitely call first thing Monday though... probably nothing wrong with the order, but it never hurts to try to get the process moving along a little faster.

Day 50 is gone now on my 30 day order. I called them on Monday and they said nothing was wrong and apologized for the delay. A very pleasant conversation but still no poppage. Usually a phone leads to quick poppage but not this time. Maybe by day 55.

67 had to be excruciating. That is more than a full season of the year.

Day 55 is gone. Maybe by day 60 to make it a full 100% late.

They owe you $5 a day for every day they go over by more than 5 days. You have to ask for it though or else they will not volunteer it.
