Can anybody give me info on these? I haven't seen that many I assume they rarely show up

Here's what Becket says about them:

This set of 96 posters was distributed by Shell Oil Co. across the country, with each major city distributing players from the local team. Those cities without a close NFL issuing team distributed the National set of six popular players (indicated as "National" in the checklist below: numbers 18, 21, 28, 35, 45, and 79). The pictures used are actually black and white drawings by artists, suitable for framing. These posters measure approximately 10 7/8" by 13 7/8"; most were (facsimile) signed by the artist. They are frequently available and offered by the team set of six. Several different artists are responsible for the artwork; they are K. Akins (KA), Nick Galloway (NG) and Tanenbawm (T). Those drawings which are not signed are asterisked in the checklist below. New Orleans and Houston are supposedly tougher to find than the other teams.
