VCP issues...

I have been using it all week and early today. Now i'm trying to use it and it says VIP only and I need to upgrade.
I go into my account and this is what it says...

Membership - $17.99 / Monthly
Account Status: Active
Next Billing Date: 04/26/2013 PST

1st off, didnt know I had the GOLD membership because I dont think I need it but my account does say active and billing date hasnt hit yet.
I cant view any prices! I'm afraid to sign back up and get billed twice!

Any ideas?

sounds like you are logged out, hopefully that is the only issue
i know when i clear my browsing history it usually logs me out

I thought that might have been the issue so I logged out. I resigned in and still not fixed...
