PSA Set Registry Awards...How to nominate?

Does anyone know if there is a way to nominate a set for an award? I'd like to nominate someone for a modern player master set that is very impressive.

Jason , its been my understanding that there is a convention of the " CARD GODS " , where there is a watered down version of the Vulcan Mind Melt to ponder such greatness . When the meeting of the minds occurs , the scepter of the Gods then ordains the most favored sets and the awards ( which can be quite nice ) are sent forth .

If that's impressive, what do we call the guy who is at 74% of the Griffey Master set which consists of 4,500 cards? Legendary?

how about the guy at 75% on the Favre master at 4920 cards. sorry thats a little self promotion.

For those larger sets we will still get a set of the year award for that set. I was able to get a ticket set of the year award for my Favre start set, but they even mentioned in the write up that those awards almost always go to set that are 100% complete. Therefore my ticket set no longer gets a best of set award since I am missing two tickets, that PSA has never graded. Though now that will be down to just one soon.

Maybe I'm easily impressed. Lots of great sets out there. Hard to imagine having several thousand of a single player.
