This card was listed by 4SC for $119 just a while back. It looks like it sold through their website a few weeks ago and then just sold again on ebay. It is only Pop 2 and I own the other one so it is the same card as sold by 4SC for $100+. Why drop that much money?

In reality though as you know the year isn't rare and this card has only been subbed 31 times. It's a artificial rare POP in a way as is the case with many cards not worth the price to have subbed unless chasing a set. I think the price paid in auction format is closer to what the real price should is.

I would agree with you if it was sold via auction format but it was a BIN for $19 and sold very shortly after being listed.
This particular card is notorious for poor centering which is part of why so few subs. I have a PSA 9 that I've been trying to sell for $5 with no takers so only cards with a solid shot at a 10 will get subbed. I went through 4 boxes of wax and countless sets and never even came close to an 8 for this card.
Just a guess.....
