Does this holder/flip look fishy

Guy has been trying to sell this in L.A. area for about a year and a half (he has it listed priced like an 8 not 8 o/c). Was looking at his pic today and doesn't the whole thing look wrong? I haven't seen any holders that look like this.

Right side of slab looks shakey. Also, that scan lacks in quality compared to his other scans. It may be OK, but I'd just avoid unless you can see it in person.

BTW, it is a REALLY old slab, the font and size of the bar code are OK for the serial #, for whatever that is worth.

  • thanks for that. i have never seen one that looks like that. he's local. the supposed jordan auto is not authenticated. wouldn't touch that babe ruth card.

BTW - i am clearly not posting pics correctly. i have been using the url with the http button. is there a better method?

Philip ... I believe you should use the "IMG CODE" when posting.

Photobucket is screwed up right now. When you copy the IMG code from it it also copies the URL code - After you paste it, just delete everything within and including the URL and brackets just leaving the IMG and it's brackets
