my area has been getting some terrible weather lately... another damn tornado warning... after seeing that sh*t in La Plata, i don't even want to imagine a tornado hitting... image

    good luck man... i drove it in this morning on my way to work... DAMN... it was POURING!!!!

    I got the worst of it....drove in it this morning to a school budget hearing...then was home all day for the beautiful weather...now I get to go out again in an hour or so for the friggin end of the world storm thats coming image

    lol... i don't think it's the 'end of the world storm' but it sure is pretty bad... i'm hoping to get home before the worst of it hits... i live in Ashburn and work in Herndon, so hopefully i can make it...

    Just heard about it as well, we do need the rain, though. Hopefully no one will get hurt if a tornado touches down.

    Here in the dirty south of Georgia, we had some tornado warnings last week, but all of this week has been a beauty. Clear, and HOT (90 degrees) weather...

    uwftke26... right now, only current redskins and wizards... when 2002-2003 basketball comes out, i need the starting Terps of the 2002 NCAA championship team (Juan Dixon, Lonny Baxter, Chris Wilcox, Byron Mouton)...

    i am sure we will be fine... it started off kind of cool this morning and then got hot, which is why they said the sudden warnings... it was supposed to be only a few thunderstorms, but the frequent change of weather changed everything...

    We're in Roanoke VA;had a tornado touch down just 20 miles east of us,same day as the Laplata storm.We had real severe storms with lightning-hail-rain-wind today with a tornado watch.True,we do need the rain,but sure don't need all the severe stuff along with it tho.Keep your head down!!

    we did have funnel clouds about 10 miles from me tonight but not touch downs. they were in delta PA. just over the maryland boarder where i live in harford county
