Hello All -
I never understood for months why I wasn't getting Top Rated Seller status and the 20% discount, so started poking around in the spreadsheets that your account will allow you to download if you poke around enough. Turns out that the tracking information that is supposed to be automatically updated to your account when you print postage via PayPal was not being updated. So, I was failing to make minimum requirements falsely.
Long story short - I just got credited nearly $250 for past 3 months retroactive discounts and they're (supposedly) looking into what was going on for past year. My account continues to not be credited for uploading the data. If this is happening to me, I'm guessing it's happening to tens of thousands of folks. Worth a look!
