Am I being paranoid or does this stink?

This seller has several 1948 Leaf cards for sale, but this one looks iffy. First, there is no mention of the qualifier. Second, the card doesn't look like an "8" at all. Third, is that flip way off center? Fourth, isn't there usually mention of the yellow pants?

Shouldn't that WAY TOO LOW BIN tell you something?

A "6 (MC)" just went for more than that in the Goodwin auction.

    looks legit to me
Looking for high grade rookie cards and unopened boxes/cases
  • Looks ok to me too.
  • It's low because the card is 1949 Leaf not 48. Much less rare and valuable. 8OC=6 and VCP for a '49 6 is around $200.

    That's my 2 cents.

Ahhhhh...I didn't even catch that, nor was I aware that there was a 1949 leaf version.

So I was a mix of paranoid and uneducated. Thanks for the help!
