Tracking to Canada

I sell alot of cards to Canada and one of my buyers said he was able to track the package using canadapost.ca tracking. I can only see when it leaves the states via usps but on the canada site i can see when its delivered. My question would be if a card gets lost and a buyer opens a dispute, cant I show a print screen with the site showing its been delivered?

BTW I ship using stamps.com and its $4-5 cheaper than ebay first class mail.

Are you saying the custom's # is trackable via first class on their site?
If so, that is awesome. Can't you just input Canadapost in the carrier slot when you add/edit the tracking info?
  • yeah, some of the tracking numbers show some info like the delivery date and when its processed through the sort facility in Canada. I don't think ebay recognizes canada post though for it to show up in tracking.
