watching a few listings end in the 30$ an ounce range here is one
4 1 oz rounds
Someone sniped it to 32$ at the end , that wasn't an old bid

Likewise, if a seller is willing to invest the minutes hours to create a listing, receive the payment, communicate, and ship the item, they should expect to get a fee for this service
Time, it's all about the time to move enough to make it worthwhile. Making or losing $2 or $5 on a single is no big deal, especially if one is buying singles/small groups with different designs and forming a collection, the time is willingly spent because now it's a hobby and those generally cost money to participate

Ya i was just pointing out that there isn't any low hanging fruit to speak of for buyers to take advantage of.
There is a sweet spot I'm noticing in the $100 range for sellers . If you are spooked a bit and want to dump some physical you could sell rounds probably 3 for $99 with free shipping buy now . I bet they would go . If you put bigger lots you wouldn't do as well. Smaller lots would be more annoying and fees would be higher also.
I'd be interested to see what 1/10 AGE's are going for but l ebay has been hiding completed listings for upwards of a day. You have to pick a listing thats near the end and leave the page up until time runs out.
Anyone that wants to bail get some buy nows up while the completed listings are still in the black hole so buyers can't research effectively
<< <i>Why would they not be still up? This mindset that thinks they are entitled to some screaming bargain just because some fictional market price drops like a rock is crazy. >>
Easy now , I'm not saying that everything should be on sale . I'm only pointing out that for those holding and freaking out the barn door is still open if you want out. Spot is 23.54 but you can get $30 on ebay if you want to do the legwork.
I'm going out today to the we buy gold guy to see if he will sell me a few wedding bands at the lower prices but I doubt it.

Just curious, but what does it cost [per ounce] in fees to sell gold and/or silver on eBay? Also remember that there is shipping and possibly state/federal income taxes to account for.
