Hello forum, was checking into see if USPS has a phone # that has a live human being answer anymore? Everytime I call 800-Ask-USPS it's all automated. There's a package that left the processing plant on the 7th and was shipped priority, should have been here by now.

However, a week is not that uncommon for Priority. A simple mis-direction will throw it off. Happens
occasionally.

I'd call the PO where it was last at or where it's supposed to go. By exploring the find a location link [on the USPS website] a little, you can get a local number for any PO or branch that has one.

Was it also registered mail?

It's not all automated , if you simply hang on long enough to get past the inane crap you will eventually get an incompetent employee who will transfer you to a dead end.
