VCP issue....Bobby has answered...and is working on it

Before I get jumped on again, I sent this email question through VCP's "contact us" link that promised a reply in 24 hours or less, that was over 50 hours ago, so ample time was given IMO.
Here was my question:

I'm just wondering how much is being missed and why?? This is a pretty popular card, not like it is some common from an obscure set.

The worst part is that VCP's last recorded sale was $12.50, the sales since have had 2 at $18.26, and the other 14 were between $29.99 and $42.00, with most in the mid 30's. Quite a difference....

I also sent Bobby the same issue through here about 3 weeks ago and he never replied back to me. I like to check my collection regularly on VCP and sometimes go on ebay to check as well and VCP sure misses sales. I say VCP is 75-80% up to date - which isn't bad but I as well would like to know why some get picked up and others don't.

Bobby has replied, and is aware of the issue:

Sorry for the delay been in the middle of moving to a new cloud server
and fixing all the problems that occurred in the transfer. I am at fault
with the 90's basketball and way behind in my entry there and will try
and get started on it very soon.

I have told him several times about the 90 score supplemental Emmitt Smith PSA 10 rookie card not being tracked because the current VCP is about $40-$50 under what they have been selling for on Ebay for months and he said he would take care of it. That was about 2-3 months ago and nothing has changed........
