Should PSA allow more types of Team Sets?

I tried to start an '80 OPC Braves set last night, but got a nice note back explaining that only Topps and Bowman team sets are currently allowed. Anyone have a view on this? I can't think of why 70's and 80's OPC sets wouldn't be allowed, given the popularity of some of those sets...

so often, they will let them in. Its probably because of lack of intrest(at least on their end). Just
my 2 cents.
Months later I decided to email Joe Orlando (PSA president or CEO or some other big shot title like that) about it. He said there was no way that set should have been denied and asked me who it was that denied it. By this time I had junked all the correspondence I had so I had no clue who I had talked to. A week later I put in the set request and it sailed through no problem. I've also managed to get the 1993 Blue Jays set added.
My point is, they don't always seem to be on the same page when it comes to starting up new sets on the registry.
