OC, MC, Diamond cut, tilt?..... Reggie RC

Got an N6 on this... seems big enough, but was hoping for an 8oc. Am thinking it may never grade though.
What would you call the cut?

Would you do another round of grading?

edit: Trimmed? Weird cut for sure...
