I know we have previously commented on this seller but I have a couple issues with this person. First of all I was offered a second chance offer on one of his recent listings as he stated the buyer backed out...I declined! Secondly he just sold a PSA 10 Jack Morris rookie for $430 but he just won the same card on eBay in January for $625. He just took a $200 loss on that card. Why is he buying and then selling so quickly? It just seems shady to me.

Scenario mastered by Joey Farino..aka italianz31, lexguy81...Win auction for 500...receive item use threat of negative feedback to get a partial refund of 200 then resell item for 400. Actually making $100 plus 2% ebay bucks. Works for a little while until you burn all your bridges. Also could be using paypal cc to make purchases and not pay cc bill.

Just out of curiosity what is the VCP on that 78 Topps Morris card? Either someone got a good deal or he way over payed!

I've purchased cards to turn around and sell them for a loss in a short time frame (a week or two). It's not intentional of course, but sometimes it just happens.
