1959 Fleer Williams set

Hi,
This is my first post in over ten years and was wondering about the 1959 Fleer Ted Williams set. I was thinking of having most graded, but around half of the set looks like the card cutter was becoming dull. Was this a common problem with these cards, as they do measure correctly, and are they worth grading? Most of the set looks 6-8 otherwise.
