1923 French Indo China One Cent--DDO

I recently picked up this coin, which I know very little about, except that I noticed that it is a DDO, especially noticeable on left side of the obverse.



Does anyone know if it is scarce as a DDO? Also, do you agree of disagree? Comments welcome, as I know very little about these coins. null 1923 NGC-66 BN

Great coin. Great design and condition. The doubling is just icing on the cake. I dunno how scarce it is on these and therefore would not have put a terribly high premium on it in my mind, had I been the one bidding, but it does add interest and the coin itself is very nice in any event.

Thanks LordM. My impression also is that the DDO is quite common, but the coin is pretty, and it's a pretty strong DDO.
