Double Mint Sets FSH 1955-1958

I put these away some years ago with the objective of selling them to raise a bit of cash for retirement. Well, retirement is right around the corner now, but with the pension reforms looming, it looks like I am going to have to eat beans every day!
Seriously, I am loathe to sell these, as I truly believe these are way undervalued when found original. But I gots to generate some cash...
I hate to see folks breaking these old sets up for grading. I know once you buy them you can do what you wish, but I much prefer to sell to collectors who intend to keep the sets intact FWIW.
All pics were taken using natural sun light.
All prices include p/h/ins
I prefer USPS M.O. as payment, however if getting to the P.O. is a huge hassle for you, contact me for other options.
Splendid original 1955 ($165) Glued side is still intact.

Pretty 1956 (SOLD)
A bit unusual in that somewhere in this sets history, someone apparently tossed the pink papers. Then either the same person or subsequent owner cut sheets of white paper to fill that role. I am guessing this was done a long time ago, as the white papers show significant indents where the the rims of the coins pressed into the paper during storage. Nice orangy pinks, especially on the halves.

Just SUPERB 1957 set (Pricey but sooo purty! $330)

1958 Not to sound redundant, but remarkabe for its originality SOLD
The 2 boards were sandwiched between two cardboard liners on this one, which provided extra protection/rigidity (and an additional source of color inducing gases!).
The green paper boards show only minimal sign of previous handling. I really like them like that and you will too. The glue is still intact on these.
