What is the VCP for a 1984 PSA 10 Topps Tiffany Don Mattingly? Do you see the value of this card staying the same, going down, or increasing in the future? I believe there is a POP of 12 which seems to be low and I see this number not increasing significantly.

    Before this past Xmas $800-$825, since then $1050-$1125, it is back to '07-'08 prices after being stuck in the $600-$750 range. Does it have more room to move?? Or has it topped out?? If only we knew for sure!

    Interesting! Cards seem to be on the upswing at this moment.
