Offering for sale a MINT SEALED 2008 W 4 coin Platinum Eagle Proof Set in the MINT SEALED BOX!
This set contains the one ounce, one-half ounce, one-quarter ounce and one-tenth ounce coins.
As you likely know, these are the KEY plat proofs.
The last set - which was not sealed - sold on Ebay on Feb. 6 as a BIN for $4795.
I am selling this SEALED set for $4750 delivered (via USPS Registered Mail with Signature Conformation, Insured). This price reflects the USPS Money order price. PayPal is welcomed however a 3% fee will apply.
The sealed set will be carefully packaged in an outer shipping box so that the sealed set arrives to you exactly as it arrived to me from The Mint.
I wanted to offer this set to Forum members first prior to listing it on Ebay to pass on some of the savings in Ebay fees. I plan to list it on Ebay on Tuesday if it does not sell here.
Included with the set will be a copy of the U.S. Mint order confirmation from my U.S. Mint account which includes the tracking number which is visible on the shipping label of the box.
