Help with ancient id

I'm trying to help someone out but I don't know the first thing about ancients. Any ideas about what this is?

    Pretty sure it's a Greece Macedonia silver drachma of Phillip II (father of Alexander the Great) thus would date around 350-330BC

    The reverse looks like a type used by Philip, but I'm not sure that the obverse is a type used by him, esp with the left facing head of a female/goddess. Greek isn't my speciality, but a larger, clearer scan with weight and diameter would help.

    edited to add: Actually looks kinda like a silver nomos of Tarentum (or Taras) in Calabria. Here's a somewhat similar one from the CNG archives: linky This one has a dolphin beneath the horse, but I saw the armor used on other coins of this city.
