PSA/DNA submission question

Thanks in advance for any responses. I've got a couple of cards I had signed recently. Would like to get them PSA/DNA slabbed. Is it possible to submit a card for that service without being a collectors club member? Posted a pic of the card also.

    And yes, the $25 service for autograph authentication can be done without being a club member.

    wait for a special. $25 to slab that $35-$40 is too much!
