Need help identifying old Roman coin and value

I found this coin many years ago in a box of fire wood. I know it is from Rome and is from 138 ad thru 161 ad. The coin is very heavy for its size and appear to be gold. Any help would be great...information and value

Looks like a roman sestertius of Antoninus Pius. Its in very rough shape. If your looking for value, maybe $15. Its rough

Yes it is AP. The metal is a type of brass called orichalcum. Was very impressive when new I'm sure.
