Hey folks, it was just brought to my attention that the darksiders did not know I had returned to the forums (last month). Nothing but life it's self got in the way but I am finding more free time on my hands as of late. I am looking to get back into the hobby but don't know which way I will be going. I need to re-organize and will probably be selling some stuff in the near future to support the collection.
Hope you all are doing well,
Best,
Ray

Very nice, but the only thing I know about Ancients is there are a GOOGOLPLEXIAN of them out there and that I know nothing about them...lol. Very nice photos though, thank you for taking the time.

Becky,
Tell me a little about this coin?
Thanks,
Ray

Looks like silver with some extensive toning. How heavy is it?

Welcome back Ray.
Becky's 20g sterling silver coin is Japan's first ever commemorative, and its first ever ¥1,000 coin.
Silverpop's Showa 32 (1957) coin is the first year of the first ever ¥100, 4.8g of .600 silver.
I wish red US copper from the 1790's could be purchased for what this one cost.

They made a 100 yen coin too, the same size as the regular 100 yen coin.
