Great concept, but terrible execution? Just sold a couple of items on there and from what I'm reading, I should expect to wait at least 2-3 weeks for payment. Same for buyers. Their shipping is slow and their customer service is almost non-existent. I think this is a wonderful idea since Ebay is so ridiculous with their commissions, but they're just messing it up. Anyone else have any experience with them?

I'm very tempted to clone them and just do a better job at customer service. This seems like such a wonderful opportunity! I also have experience in this line of work.

Selling on nucleo works best for converting . Say you had a huge pile of 40% halfs and wanted to get them turned into gold.

You sell the halfs on nucleo , then use the proceeds to buy whatever you want. Thats a difficult thing to do elsewhere without taking a haircut

If you want out of something for cash its not the quickest place to sell.

The customer service is tulving like but they do have a forum you can post on.

what would u need customer service for? everything is pretty much laid out plain n simple...
its a great place for liquidity, with bids n offers posted, 1% juice, n free check in the mail, what more could u ask for?...

It is straightforward, but folks still like customer support. I found plenty of complaints online about lack of responses to questions etc. Likely stupid questions, but people still like good customer support.
